Stuart's an Independent Surveyor, member of the Property Care Association (PCA) and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (MCIEH). He can inspect properties in Essex, Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Suffolk, London & further afield for mould defects. Whilst Peter as an independent surveyor also covers Kent, South and West London.
Our comprehensive mould surveys and reports detail the location and extent of mould, together with the cause. As a former EHO, Stuart maintains his membership with the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health, a qualified Environmental Health Practitioner, Stuart can relate the impacts of mould to the occupier's health. Our reports can detail the necessary remedial treatment to remove the mould spores and reduce the likelihood in them reoccuring.
At the time of mould survey, Stuart's keen to give mould advice to owners, tenants and landlords on why mould spores occur and how to ensure that they do not return once treated.
